Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Directions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a fork or whisk.
  2. Cook on medium heat in a large pan, until the egg whites set and are cooked through.
