Niurka (Nikki) Lluveras-Hernandez is a versatile operations leader with over a decade of experience driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and innovation across the nonprofit and healthcare sectors. She has worked with mission-driven organizations focused on addressing critical health challenges, including mental health advocacy and community health initiatives. Her experience includes leading transformative projects that optimize resources, streamline processes, and create sustainable solutions for complex organizational challenges. Nikki is currently pursuing dual master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration at Advent Health University and Stetson University, enhancing her expertise in healthcare leadership and strategic business management. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management from Palm Beach State College and certifications in Financial Success for Nonprofits (eCornell) and Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace (Muma College of Business).
