Megan Herber

Megan is a director in Faegre Drinker’s Health and Biosciences Consulting practice. She serves a range of clients on digital health issues, including telehealth and digital therapeutics policy. Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Megan was legislative director for U.S. Rep. Doris Matsui (D-CA), handling her healthcare portfolio on the prominent House Energy & Commerce Committee. In that role, she was a leader on the Energy and Commerce Committee’s Telehealth Working Group and assisted the Congresswoman in leading multiple pieces of bipartisan telehealth legislation, including provisions around telehealth for substance use disorder that became law. Megan has a particular interest in issues affecting healthcare providers as she started her career in healthcare financial consulting for hospital clients.
