In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Pill, Bayer Healthcare and DailyCandy celebrated women's empowerment by honoring three inspiring women, presenting each with a $5,000 prize package to help make their dreams a reality. Additionally, each winner had the honor of being photographed by legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz. Learn more about how these women are making their mark.

Bayer Make Your Mark Contest Winner Molly Risak talks about how she's making her mark in this world, especially for young children embarking on a hospital stay, with her idea for the Oopsy Daisies, a comfy, warm "alternate to a cold, itchy hospital gown" with fun superhero and princess themes. Winner: Megan Hand, Seattle, WA
Megan Hand, winner of the Bayer Make Your Mark Contest, talks about her idea for a moving art classroom, what she calls an "Art Bus." She talks about the honor of shooting with Annie Leibovitz and how winning the contest will make a difference in her small community outside of Seattle. "If you have a good idea, share it with the world," she says.
