Sex is an important part of a relationship. And yet, according to a new survey, only 13 percent of those dissatisfied with their sex lives say they can always be honest with their partners about their sexual desires or needs.

The survey, conducted by Kelton in collaboration with Men’s Health Network, the American Sexual Health Association, HealthyWomen and Pfizer, examined the impact of sexual health issues on health, happiness and communication among 3,105 U.S. adults in committed relationships.
