Dr. Robyn Faye attended Temple University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in general science and also completed her medical degree. After medical school, Dr. Faye completed her residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is board certified in obstetrics & gynecology. Dr. Faye is a certified sex counselor from the University of Michigan. She is a fellow with the International Society for Women's Sexual Health. She counsels patients and their partners on issues of sexual dysfunction and disorders. In addition, she is only the second physician in Pennsylvania to become a certified AASECT Sex Counselor.
Her areas of special interest include sexual health and sexual dysfunction disorders in women, disorders of transition, resources for cancer patient survivors in support of sexual wellness and parenthood. Dr. Faye's obstetrics & gynecology services include menopausal management; vulvovaginal disease and health, including vaginismus and vulvodynia; sexual health counseling, including helping cancer survivors rediscover their sexuality; pelvic pain; osteoporosis; hormone therapy; estrogen therapy; and pelvic floor disorders.
Dr. Faye currently practices gynecology only and is a proud member of Abington Health Physicians, a network of more than 200 primary care and specialty physicians.
